ARC offers the following data destruction services:
Secure Shredding
- On-site Secure Shredding – ARC will schedule destruction of all data (documents and other media) with the client on-site at our facilities. The destruction will be in accordance with all relevant compliance statutes and instructions of the client.
- Off-site Secure Shredding – ARC can also schedule destruction of all data (documents and other media) to occur at the client’s off-site location; as with the on-site service, ARC will destroy all material in accordance with all relevant compliance statutes and instructions of the client.
Clients are provided with Proof of Destruction Certificates and destruction can include one or a combination of the following:
- ARC destruct and provide certificate only
- ARC destruct with a video and certificate
- ARC destruct with a witness from the client and certificate
All material left after destruction services are disposed of in accordance with environmental laws and standards.
