We have state of the art digital document scanners that allows us to scan any file, chart, or record thus turning it into an easily retrievable digital copy while leaving the original hard copy in storage. This allows you to access your files whenever and wherever you are. If needed, we can develop a “virtual file plan” of all files that are in storage.
Cloud Based Storage
ARC has cloud based document management software that provides you with the ability to electronically manage your digital files. The files will be stored on our secure server preventing unauthorized access but using credentials provided to you by ARC, you can access your files from our website, saving you time and increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
